Sodexo has achieved a structuring strategic move, at the beginning of the 2000’s, by moving in to the integrated facility management sector; but now, as workplace is becoming a growing matter, it became essential for them to address this topic for their clients.
WX is born from this vision; in order to embrace the workplace challenge, it became necessary to develop a methodology to holistically analyze the different elements composing the employee experience, and to gather a large array of expertises.

> LinkedinBefore joining Wx, Terry was part of the Global Marketing teams of Sodexo. In his latest roles he developed a framework to measure the impact of services on the quality of life of employees in the Corporate sector and also managed the development of an offer to improve the physical and mental health of employees working in remote mines and offshore platforms. Prior to this he worked as a Business Analyst at Sodexo and at A.T. Kearney as well. Terry holds a MSc in Finance from ESCP Europe and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

> LinkedinYannick started his career as a consultant at Altai Consulting in 2004.In 2006, he joined Sodexo Group to help define and execute the Global Integrated Facility Management Strategy. Since then, he has held multiple positions within the global organization, notably in Strategy, Marketing, and Sales. Since 2015, Yannick is a member of the Executive Committee of the Corporate Service segment of Sodexo, the largest revenue generator of Sodexo with more than €6B revenue. He launched Wx in 2017, after identifying a growing need for a new approach to Workplace Design in the market.Yannick holds a Master’s Degree from the French Business School HEC

> LinkedinBill has been the CEO of Chronoresto, the second larget food delivery website in France between 2014 and 2017. During his tenure, he launched an innovative group ordering system known as "the Grood" and manage to integrate the company within Solocal Group's product offer. Prior to this, he was director of M&A and Corporate Development at Solocal Group. He has been actively involved in 17 transactions. Bill has obtained a B.Sc. in Finance at HEC Montreal.

> LinkedinSarah is English and moved to Paris, France in 2014. She joined Wx in 2018, working on various client projects, tech partner data collection and communications. Sarah started at Sodexo Group in 2017 and has since worked on various complex, international projects in Digital Transformation and Quality of Life and has assisted in account management of the Corporate Segments’ Strategic Accounts. Graduate of the University of Salford, Sarah holds a degree with Honors in Translation and Interpreting, in French and Spanish.
VP Design & User Experience
> LinkedinAs a designer, Noel had the opportunity to work within a quite wide and divers fields, such as CPG, cosmetics, Sports goods and electronics, from Design Consultant Agencies to international groups (Alcatel, Decathlon, Orange), and so based in Europe and in China. Prior joining Wx, Noel was a Director of design at Orange Group, where he set up a User Experience methodology to promote, facilitate and develop the interactions with Orange keys accounts within the IOT offer. Noel has a master degree in Product Design & Furniture Design, from Ecole Boulle( Paris).
