Case Study 2

Using ethnography to map the current experience in an office to identify improvement opportunities for the new office of a consulting company, designing the best-in class visitor & employee experience.

CONTEXT

This client was going through a large scale study to redefine the employees and visitors experience, enhancing the quality of services and the company perception.

SOLUTION

Wx analyzed the current office usage, identifying all satisfaction or friction points with an in-depth ethnographic study - focusing on the people in addition to spaces.

The analysis was performed through a combination of on-site observations and user interviews, off-site analysis and client workshops.

BENEFITS

Through this study, the client was able to better understand the employees and visitors challenges.

Thanks to this, the client was able to define a relevant on-site  and off-site services offer, taking into account the company strategy and the employees expectations.
